Potatoes (as many as you want, sweet potatoes, white potatoes or a mix, chopped into medium small cubes)
Garlic (2 cloves, crushed)
Oregano (1 tsp)
Paprika (1 tsp)
Chili flakes (1/2 tsp)
Olive oil (1-2 tsp)
Salt & pepper
Rosemary, thyme, cayenne, other herbs and spices
Mix all ingredients together and bake until brown and crispy.
Sriracha or other hot sauce (1/4 tsp, or more)
Tomato paste (1 tsp)
Carrots, corn, onion, aubergine, potatoes, all veggies are good veggies.
Finely dice all veggies (I like them tiny) and fry them lightly.
Add Sriracha and tomato paste.
Season to taste and remove veggies from pan.
Place wrap in pan and some veggie mix on one side of it.
Fold wrap in half and fry on both sides till crispy and delicious.
Serve with salad or on its own!
